Because The Promoter's Playbook is a digital product that is delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered or downloaded. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy.
2. Exceptions
We will consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances: (a) you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, or (b) you did not receive access to the product after purchase and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at [email protected] with your order confirmation number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
4. No Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in your account being flagged and future purchases being declined.
